Allergens

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and seafood. Our gluten free products are made using ingredients that do not contain gluten and are prepared in a separate, dedicated area. We follow specific procedures to minimise the risk of cross contamination, and regularly test our gluten free products through laboratory analysis to confirm that no gluten is detected.

Full ingredient and allergen statements are printed on every pack. If you are coeliac or have a severe allergy, please call us on 03 9116 3896 before ordering, and we can explain exactly how each dish is made.
